Incorrect URL

I was interested to my neighbor’s puzzle as the clue to find his gift is like something related to IT. It was about to route to the web page based on the given URL. However, it does not work as the routed page always responded like “Sorry, your request does not exist”. I was also tried to figure it out, but the result was also failure.

After mins, some other neighbor just recognized that what we need is to sign in with our account to enjoy the service. The picture was photoed to prove the “Incorrect URL Verified by Code Nerd”.
